Support Hillside Villa Tenants!

This issue has direct relevance to the proposed closure of Sakura ICF in Boyle Heights by Pacifica Companies.  Hillside Villa renters in Chinatown have faced exorbitant rent increases, unsafe living conditions due to lack of repair work from the landlord, etc.  The landlord is unfit to be an owner and Los Angeles City has the power to intervene to help protect the renters during the pandemic, and moreover, to utilize eminent domain in the tenants’ interest.

Please call in to support this effort on Wednesday, May 12.
